As we expand our services, we are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Mould Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

**Job Description / Position Overview**

As a Mould Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting detailed assessments of properties to identify issues related to mould.

In this role, you will conduct thorough virtual inspections of properties identifying and diagnosing issues relating to mould. You will play a crucial role in our team by providing detailed assessments and recommendations, ensuring that our remediation solutions are precisely tailored to each property's needs. Your insights will directly contribute to the health and safety of the environments we service, making a tangible difference in the lives of our clients.

Full training is provided, focusing on analysis and problem-solving with the support of our experienced team and access to advanced training.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed assessments using digital tools to identify the causes that lead to mould growth.
- Prepare detailed reports based on the assessments, highlighting areas of concern and suggesting remedial actions.
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using digital tools and software for remote assessments.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of building structures is preferred but not essential.

**How to Apply**

This role does require a full UK driving licence as a van will be provided.

Pay: £25,410.50-£29,000.00 per year
