**Location**: Swindon, Wiltshire

**Salary**: £11.44 p/hr

**Hours**: Full Time Mon-Fri

**Holiday**: 23 Days (inc. 3 at Xmas) + BH

**The Role**:
Assembly of cables to Customers Specifications / Drawing whilst maintaining a high level of Quality and building efficiently. Reports to the Cell Leader.

**Key Objectives**:

- Assembling of units to the required Customer / IEW build standard.
- Working in an efficient manner, adhering to health & safety procedures
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of quality.
- Ability to work to deadlines.

**Skills and Competencies required**:

- Ability to read and understand Customer Drawings and build instructions.
- Experienced in soldering and crimping.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take charge of your own personal development.
- Flexibility.
- Strong communication skills
- Able to use measuring tools with a great attention to detail.
- Be a good team player with team building.

**Areas of focus**:

- Cable assembly with a variety of D connectors, solder connectors, crimped connectors.
- Familiarity with **_Fischer, Molex, Lemo, Binder, Hartin, Amphenol connectors_** advantageous.
- Quality is of paramount importance. Training is provided for specific requirements.
