We are looking for an Associate to join our team on a self-employed basis. EweMove Bridgend West is an award-winning, customer-focused, innovative, industry-leading Estate Agency. You will be the face of EweMove, establishing yourself as the 'go-to' person to provide property sales and lettings services.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Working independently and alongside the business owners, maximising the business’s income and profitability.
- Generating new and repeat business opportunities by developing and maintaining client relationships, and on the ground marketing.
- Preparing and delivering appraisal presentations for both sales and lettings.
- Compiling a comprehensive listing for every property in your portfolio, from description, professional photography, floorplans
- Qualifying potential buyers.
- Taking a positive and motivational approach, and maintaining a culture of highly professional behaviour and excellent customer care.
- Managing your client’s entire sale process from valuation and viewings, to price negotiation, to completion and key handover.
- Managing your own schedule.

- Negotiation Skills.
- Driving license and own car.

**What next**:
PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a salaried role. The salary information is an example of potential income on a self employed basis.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
