**About the Position: Evening Shift Leader**

As Evening Shift Leader, you'll be the backbone of business operation during the bustling evening hours. With a strong emphasis on leadership and customer service, you'll ensure that your team delivers an unforgettable experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead evening shifts from 16:00 to 23:30, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Manage a team of six staff members, overseeing workflow and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Maintain a visually appealing display of products, ensuring that inventory is stocked and replenished throughout the shift.
- Assist customers in selecting from a delicious array of doughnuts and operate the shop efficiently.
- Showcase your barista skills to enhance the customer experience.

**Experience Required**:

- Previous experience as a shift leader / supervisor, shop assistant manager, or in a similar role within a coffee shop /bakery environment.
- Excellent spoken English and great customer service skills.
- Barista skills would be an advantage.
- Must be presentable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional appearance.
