**Content Designer**: Job Title: Content Designer

Location: Remote with occasion travel to Telford

Duration: 6 months

Rate: £475 per day working inside iR35

We are seeking a skilled Content Designer to join our customer, a leading IT Consultancy, working on an exciting government project. As a Content Designer, you will play a key role in developing high-quality content, ensuring that it meets the needs of our users and is aligned with the Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with stakeholders to identify user needs and develop user-focused content.
- Write and edit clear, concise and engaging content that is accessible to a wide range of users.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure that content is integrated into the project.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of our content and make improvements where necessary.
- Ensure that all content meets the GDS standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Designer or similar role, with experience working on government projects and knowledge of GDS standards.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and the ability to write for different audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality content.
- Understanding of accessibility and usability best practice.
- Experience using data and analytics to inform content decisions.
- Knowledge of content management systems and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
