KB Trades are urgently seeking 1 x Multi-Traders for an immediate start to complete snagging works on a new build development in Shrewsbury.

**Essential requirements for this role**:
You MUST have a valid CSCS card, Tools, PPE, previous construction site experience and checkable references.

You MUST have previous experience of finishing/snagging works and be able to work through a snagging list provided by the Site Manager for each plot.

**Duties will include**:

- patch plastering/making good
- small areas of painting
- filling holes
- basic carpentry - such as door realignment, boxing in etc..
- sealant/mastic
- removal of protective surfaces
- & any other duties as directed by the Site Manager.

**Salary**: £18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shrewsbury, Shropshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: One location

Expected start date: 28/02/2023
