Job Title: Residential Sales Administrator
**Salary**: £18,000
A rare opportunity has become available for a Residential Sales Administrator to join an established, close-knit estate agent team within our Yatton branch. Offering a proven, professional and proactive service, going above and beyond for our customers. With this in mind, we are looking for a meticulous administrator with a high level of attention to provide sales support.
This is a part-time office-based role, working three days per week plus alternate Saturdays.
**Key responsibilities of a Residential Sales Administrator**
The main purpose of this role is to support the sales team within the office with administrative duties. This will involve;
- Uploading property details onto major property portals
- Dealing with customer enquiries both in branch and over the phone
- Completing anti-money laundering searches
- Building property particulars
- Sending clients terms of business
**Skills required of a Residential Sales Administrator**
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A keen eye for detail
- Customer focussed and comfortable in a client facing role
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £18,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
