**A little bit about what we are looking for...**

You will be providing administrative support to internal and external customers as part of the Damp, Mould and Disrepair Team. Receive and respond to customer’s damp and mould related enquiries and carry out all administrative duties related to this role. Provide an excellent level of customer service.

We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training. It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too

**Your responsibilities...**
- Administer CRM, Northgate, and other databases in use by the organisation
- To be proactive in ensuring urgent matters are brought to the attention of the relevant Officers
- Identify and process tenant recharges where applicable
- Establish and maintain effective systems for filing, record keeping, compile statistics, and reports for the service
- Facilitate and take minutes for specific meetings as required
- Ensure suppliers are paid on time by carrying out all invoice and payment related administrative duties
- Administer customer enquiries, providing guidance and taking action
- Maintain systems and ensure suitable responses for correspondence and urgent service requests (e.g. complaints, MPs and Environmental Heath)
- Accurately and prudently administer a range of payments in line with complaints processes and financial regulations
- Compile and report on customer satisfaction results and trends, taking action to enhance our customer’s experience
- Work closely with PAH’s contractors to follow up on Damp, Mould and Disrepair cases in line with the partnering initiatives
- Manage variations within your delegated authority
- Write customer centric and eloquent responses to written enquiries

- Understanding of maintenance service delivery
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- Knowledge of CRM or logging databases
- Administration and customer experience
- Experience monitoring and maintaining databases, collating information, reporting, and evaluating outcomes.
- Experience of communicating with service users, staff, and other agencies
- Understanding of housing maintenance obligations
