A Bid Administrator is required for this leading business based in Prenton.

The role is an integral part of the win business function. Reporting to the Bid Manager, the successful person will be responsible for identifying suitable opportunities using a range of business opportunity tracking software.

You will be proactive in assessing and downloading to our business systems the relevant tender documents, continually monitoring the portals for updates and changes to tender documentation. You will also assist the Bid Manager in preparation of detailed quality information for bids and uploading tender submissions in the required formats.

Duties include:

- Daily monitoring of online tender portals for relevant opportunities
- Acquisition of online tender documentation
- Enabling decisions to be made regarding bid opportunities, updating the bid pipeline database and reports
- Supporting the planning of the forward schedule & workload for approved tenders
- Completion of online Standard Questionnaires as part of our tender submissions
- Ensuring all Clarifications issued by portals and client organisations are acquired, filed, and communicated
- Liaison with colleagues regarding items for tender submissions i.e., Pricing, Quality responses, Forms, company information/documents
- Uploading of tender submission items to portals, checking, and submitting
- Collation of any required hard copy tender submissions and on-time despatch

This role offers a basic salary of up to £25,000 per annum plus 24 days holiday plus bank holidays

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am
- 4pm

To be suitable for this role will be focused on detail and accuracy, have good IT and written literacy skills and be proactive in their approach.

You will need to have strong IT skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, CRM system database, online portals

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
