**About our Company**

We are **Provan Sports Ltd**, and are based in Hillington, Renfrewshire and we provide playing and training kit as well as leisurewear and merchandise to Football Clubs in the UK. We have two trading divisions, **Pitch Pro Retail**, who design and provide kit for pro teams and run the Club Shop and Online Store for 4 SPFL clubs and **Pitch Teamwear**, who do the same for grassroots clubs which can be a single supply of kit for a season for one team within a Club up to provision of a Club Shop for all teams within a Club.

As part of our growth strategy for 2024/25, we are looking for a Warehouse Assistant who will be responsible, both physically and systemically, for receiving and the processing of incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and despatching orders and managing, organising, and retrieving stock in our warehouse.

**About You and our Role**

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all our customer orders are processed efficiently, and that the delivery of materials meets our customer expectations and business timelines. You will also be responsible for being part of the team who ship and fulfil our customer orders in our inventory system.

You will also assist with unloading delivery containers, sorting, counting, and receiving into our inventory system, warehouse, retail stores and retail showroom. As part of your role, you will also assist with stock replenishment, ensuring stock levels on picking shelves are maintained and our stock inventory is monitored.

You must also be keen and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and have a desire and passion for both sports, sports kits, and merchandise.

**Key Skills/Attributes**

Experience of ERP systems, for example, Odoo.

Communicates confidently and is able to form effective working relationships with our other team members.
