Excellent opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a financially strong and growing multinational business in a highly varied and interesting position where you can develop your skills.
Through growth, this company are looking to add a Service Desk Analyst to their busy team in a hybrid working role.

The role:
*Site based for the first two months, then hybrid working available, 5050 split between on site and WFH
*Resolve Service Desk tickets and issues
*Learn new skills as required to support the customer base
*Assist in managing client small projects
*Provide solutions to resolve highest category, repetitive issues
*Provide and demonstrate how to provide excellent customer service and experience
The person:
*Previous experience in Senior Service Desk Analyst or 3rd Line Support Engineer roles
*Experience configuring and supporting the following:

- Administering M365 and MSN Teams
- Providing support for end user groups of over 3500 people
- Provision and knowledge of how to provide white glove VIP support
- Networking connectivity and file share permissions
- Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10)
- Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (2003, 2008, 2012)
- Microsoft Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server (2005, 2008, 2008 R2), and Remote Desktop/Terminal Services
- Server Hardware Technologies
- Data backup and Recovery Support, Corporate Antivirus Support, and VPN Connectivity Support
- O365 Sharepoint Administration
