Job Title: Vertical Boring & General Milling Machinists

Location: Cheltenham

Hours: 37.5 HRS - 8 am to 3:30 pm (option to start at 7 and finish at 2:30 in Summer)

Pay Rate: £15 - £16hr

What’s the job?
- Setting and operating a range of Vertical & Horizontal Borers
- Setting and operating lathes or mills
- Manufacturing Large High precision components
- Working to drawings provided ensuring all work is of the highest standard
- You would be required to take a drawing and a piece of steel and work a new Job without help and select the appropriate tooling

Who can do this?
- Ability to select the correct tooling for materials used ESSENTIAL
- Ability to select correct work Holding devices for Large components
- Ability to self-inspect and measure using micrometres, Vernier's, depth micrometres etc.
- Time Served Apprentice Trained PREFERABLE
