Graphic Designer

Your expertise extends to crafting engaging brand identity systems, meticulously designed website layouts, thumb-stopping paid social campaigns, and conceptualising marketing campaigns both offline and online.

Direct collaboration with our clients is a key aspect of this role. You will be responsible for taking briefs, adhering to client guidelines, and understanding client needs to effectively align with their brand strategy. Distilling information, offering support, and inspiring creative thinking are skills you naturally bring to the table.

Your well-rounded skill set allows you to trust in your own initiative, enabling you to self-manage and self-motivate. You actively seek to ask pertinent questions, extend a helping hand, and continuously explore ways to surpass expectations.

As a team player and an enthusiastic individual with a growth mindset, you will have the opportunity to shape our company and offerings. With 2-3 years of experience working within a studio, you will play a vital role in supporting everyday design tasks, including brand development, artworking, website UI, social assets, and more. You will work closely with our Creative Director, contributing to the overall success of the team and being a key player in client-facing activities, confidently attending client calls and presenting your ideas.

Experience with editing and shooting video/photography would be a huge bonus, adding an extra dimension to your already impressive skill set. We look forward to welcoming a dynamic and versatile designer to our team

The role will initially be remote whilst we are on the hunt for studio space, but based in the studio once we found our new home. Will have to commute to Wirral / Liverpool.
