**about the role**

The Engagement and Planning Partner acts as an internal consultant across the business for the planning, delivery and evaluation of initial change impact assessments to support the delivery of engagement or training activities that deliver successful outcomes.

Working closely with the Transformation and Culture Teams, the post holder will play a pivotal role in building effective interpersonal relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver transformational and cultural projects and change.
- Work closely with the Transformation and Culture Teams to design and implement a schedule for process reviews
- Review capacity and resource to plan effectively
- Work closely with Strategy, Research and Improvement Team to collate and share parameters of policy and regulations with the Transformation Team
- Engage with stakeholders to do initial change impact assessments of teams and individuals that may be impacted by the process reviews.
- Share findings of impact assessments with the Culture Team to enable plan of engagement or training activities that will be required to support the review
- Identify possible barriers and find solutions before they arise
- Identify the best way to share information and communications to the wider organisation.

**about the role**

The Business Analyst will work as part of the IT Team to help the company obtain the maximum benefit from corporate systems and that they are developed to increase business efficiency in line with corporate priorities.

The post holder will play a leading role in project management, business analysis and best practice for the introduction, development and enhancement of corporate business systems either in use or to be used by the company.

They will also partner with key business areas to provide support and direction acting as the link between the business and IT.
- Play a lead role in the delivery of business systems projects
- Support the Project Manager with business analysis techniques and the production of project documentation to ensure objectives and outcomes are recorded
- Provide project management and business analysis support to system implementations, changes or upgrades
- Manage the handover of projects and changes to the Digital Systems Team and business areas, including all relevant documentation and training
- Oversee and undertake reviews of corporate systems to ensure that they continue to meet business needs and realise efficiencies
- Support in the development of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders ensuring technical feasibility and efficiency
- Build and develop relationships within believe housing to enable smooth delivery of projects.
