**Receptionist / Host - Co-Working Space**

**Location: Cambridge**

**Salary Package: £28,000-30,000**

**Monday to Friday - Daytime hours & No weekends**

We are recruiting for an exceptional Receptionist/Host to join an impressive co-working operation in the Cambridge area This is a varied and exciting role where you will act as the face of the business to members and private office clients assisting with enquiries, bookings, administration and events.

- You will be an outgoing, customer focused receptionist as well as a fantastic host and face of the business.
- You will ideally have experience in an admin / reception customer faced role or within the hospitality sector.
- We are looking for a brand ambassador for the company that is always looking to exceed guest expectation.
- You will be a strong communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels and build rapport with regular tenants and visitors alike.
- You will be IT literate and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong administration skills.
- You will be well presented, have a positive energy and welcoming demeanour

**Responsibilities**
- Host duties - Meeting and greeting visitors as they enter the building.
- Providing show arounds for potential tenants and guests.
- Accurately recording calls and visits and ensuring messages are passed to the correct people in a timely manner.
- Driving the Guest Services offering.
- Accountable for driving customer experience and becoming the first point of contact for tenants and visitors within the building.
- Assisting tenants and visitors with any day-to-day needs
