**Sales Administrator**:

- Full or Part time hours (Monday - Friday _either_ 9am - 5.30pm or 9am - 2/3pm - client is flexible)

Salary up to £32,000 per annum (pro-rata) depending on experience.

31 days Annual Leave, Pension, Bonus and free parking.

**Job description**:
We are looking for an experienced / qualified Sales Administrator to join a busy and thriving office team near Aylesbury.

Primarily you will be involved in the administration of sales & purchasing side of the business, which has a growing customer base. Duties will include:

- Processing orders from receipt to delivery and raising invoices to customers
- Stock Control, maintaining records, planning & scheduling stock orders
- Purchasing from Suppliers and managing deliveries
- Preparing associated paperwork (Packing Lists, Invoicing)
- Liaising with couriers and freight forwarders (UPS, TNT, DHL etc)

As they are a growing SME there may be other small ad-hoc duties from time to time, so you must be willing to be flexible and help out where needed.

- Excellent computer literacy, especially in an order based system plus gmail, Excel and Word
- 2 years plus experience in a similar Sales Admin role
- Import / export experience or knowledge would be helpful
- Sales Admin / Order Processing experience in a technical company

Please note that this is a fully office based role, as part of the job will involve packing orders and getting them ready to ship out to customers etc. The team is small and friendly and the office is busy and dynamic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
