Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Undertaking a variety of construction-related tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, and bricklaying
- Maintaining and repairing buildings and structures, including roof repairs, guttering, and drainage systems
- Completing planned and reactive maintenance work as required
- Working with a team of construction professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate records of work undertaken
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Providing guidance and advice to other members of the team where required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, and bricklaying
- A good understanding of building regulations and health and safety regulations
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to safety and compliance with company policies and procedures
- A full UK driving license
- Relevant industry qualifications and certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in multiple trades)
