We are seeking a Programme Office Support for our Government client based in Lichfield. This role will be office based ideally 1 day per week, but can be flexible (minimum 1 day per month) and the remaining remote.

The Programme Office Support role will be a contract until 31/03 paying between £300 - £377/Day Inside IR35.

This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

**Role Profile**:

- Data entering from paper sources
- Transfer of data to system from excel
- Overseas data to map
- Mapping what has been sent against what have already got.
- Good with Excel
- MS Applications
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Could be from public/private sector background
- Project support resource is required to complete additional technical and administration tasks which are essential for project delivery that the core team are not resourced to complete.
- The Facilities Condition Management project is the management of assets at the optimum economic and operational conditions for Defence.
- Duties include;
- Enabling the smooth running of the project by supporting the Project Manager through the operation of project management processes.
- Ensure organisational tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Carry out ad hoc requests.
- Processing paper Facilities Condition Management assessments
- Data mapping activities
- Send requested assets to Facilities Condition Management Application for surveyors to complete.
