Graduate Housing Trainee

Overall purpose Building strong relationships, you’ll support our customers with their tenancies and maintaining their rent payments, ensuring the creation and management of safe and sustainable neighbourhoods. Key role priorities You’ll be an innovative, driven and ambitious individual who aspires to be a future leader. Working within the different teams of our Customer Insight and Property directorates, you’ll become an advocate for our customers, referring them to specialist services or other functions where required. Key working relationships You’ll work closely with colleagues across our Customer Insight and Property directorates, as well as the wider business, to deliver excellent levels of customer service. Externally, you’ll liaise with our customers and communities directly. Main duties & responsibilities

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
