**The Role**:
As a Logistics Planner and Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of a team of drivers
- Building strong working relationships with drivers to facilitate ongoing coaching and development
- Liaising with the recruitment team to ensure optimal driver coverage and discuss recruitment needs
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls to drivers, troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Coordinating with the Planning Team to ensure smooth journey execution
- Providing accurate and proactive updates to the Customer Service Team
- Have excellent knowledge of the UK Road and transport network
- Be highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly establish good working relationships
- Must have their own transport.

**The Package**:
In the role of Logistics Planner and Coordinator, you will receive an annual salary of £25,500.
