Trainer Assessor

**Job Title: Trainer Assessor**

**Location: Harrow (will be required to travel to other sites)**

**Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week**

**Salary: £30,000 per annum**

We are looking for someone who is committed to the long-term development of our people across the organisation.

Your role will consist of delivering a range of training and development activities, which covers both clinical and non-clinical operations. In addition to this, you will be involved in supporting the pre-employment assessments on recruitment days.

You will be working with a talented team of Training & Development Assessors, who are supported by a Training Manager, and led by the Director of Learning & Development. The team are passionate about making a positive impact to the career development of our employees, and are consistently looking to identify areas of improvement, to increase the provision of learning objectives.

**To be shortlisted for this role you must be able to evidence**:

- Experience of working within the Health Care sector, delivering care on an ambulance
- Teaching Qualification (AET/ CET) or equivalent
- First Aid at work/FREC 3
- Evidence of developing training programmes
- Evidence of delivering First Aid qualifications
- Excellent and effective communication skills

In addition to the above, due to the nature of this role, the successful applicant would need to possess a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
