**Permanent Position Required**: IT Business Partner

We have a hugely exciting opportunity with a world leading brand who are looking for an IT Business Partner to optimise their IT landscape to across systems, processes and support.

You will engage with stakeholders to identify technology requirements in leading and developing the IT road map to ensure continuous system support.

**Location**: London

**Agile / Hybrid working -**2 days in office per week

**Salary**: £55,000 - £65,000 + 8% bonus and excellent pension, private medical insurance and annual leave entitlement

**A successful IT Business Partner will have**:

- Experience leading a business transformation project across a large organisation
- Ability to translate business solutions into technical deliverables
- Excellent internal stakeholder skills
- Understanding the IT landscapes, systems and tools across different areas in a large organisation
- Experience in business partnering skills, including influencing with impact, storytelling and value creation
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
- An agile and continuous improvement mindset
