Passenger Coordinator

**About Us**:
Zippe Transport is a dynamic business based local to Bath. Due to the continued rapid growth of both Home-2-School and other Passenger Transport services, we are now seeking a Passenger Coordinator to join our growing team.

We are excited to welcome aboard an ambitious Passenger Coordinator, to join our agile and fast-moving business that prides itself on building teams for the future.

**Main Duties - Passenger Coordinator**:

- Maintain Driver compliance in line with operational compliance, including the management of key Driver documentation e.g. MOT and insurance
- certification.
- Liaising effectively with Local Authorities, Customers, Drivers & Passengers, through exceptional written & verbal communication.
- Support the process of onboarding Driver suppliers and supporting them support Zippe.
- Ensure the efficient delivery of Home-2-School Services in line with Zippe Passenger daily requirements, whilst accommodating varying amendments to schedules.
- Maximise planning, whilst adopting a proactive approach to the scheduling of Passenger journeys.
- Consider & propose progressive improvements to support the growth & development of Zippe.
- Interact and work collaboratively with all colleagues in pursuance of supporting the Zippe purpose.

**Do you have**:

- An appreciation of the benefits of good processes & systems.
- Experience with using Microsoft platforms, Excel, Word & Outlook.
- An ability to problem solve with a ‘can always do’ attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment in addition to working independently.
- An attention to detail & accuracy in transferring information.
- Strong communication skills, and a personable approach.
- A willingness to adapt to the needs of the Zippe business.

**Nice to haves**:

- Highly desirable although not essential:_
- Experience in the Passenger transport market
- Experience in working with and supporting Sub-contractors
