- We currently have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Officer to join our team. The role is a blend of in-house agency account executive and a more traditional marketing role. Working closely with Heads of School and Course Leaders, you’ll help the University achieve its student recruitment targets for undergraduate, postgraduate, professional and short courses, worldwide.

- Computer literacy is essential, as is a flexible approach to work, excellent copywriting skills, strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsible to**: Marketing Manager**Job Purpose**:

- This role is a blend of in-house agency account executive and a more traditional marketing role. Working closely with course leaders, marketing colleagues and the creative studio the post holder will help the University achieve its student recruitment targets for undergraduate, postgraduate, professional and short courses, worldwide. The Marketing Officer will be expected to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in order to fulfil this aim.**Main Duties & Responsibilities of the role**:

- To undertake campaign planning and fulfilment, working with internal and external stakeholders to meet recruitment targets and deliver effective ROI
- To work with the creative design team to produce marketing materials, online and in print, to raise the profile of the University and its courses
- To promote the portfolio of courses offered by the University, ensuring information is current and engaging; this may involve collating and organising information, copywriting and proof-reading, and managing the production process
- Working as a business partner, building good working relationships with various colleagues across a variety of teams and responsibility levels in order to provide the best marketing service
- To create and implement an effective student enquires communications plan, managing the collation and sending of promotional e-communications, using the CRM system and databases for subscriber information, evaluating and analysing results, ensuring that communications are delivered on time, compliant, and deliver strong OR/CTR
