Are you a workforce planner or scheduler currently seeking an opportunity to join a thriving, fast paced team within Wiltshire Police? We are currently recruiting for a Resource Management Unit (RMU) Planner, to join our existing team on a fixed term/secondment basis.

With your exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in an ever-changing environment, you will be skilled at planning and producing duty packages. With a strong background within customer service, you will build working relationships with departmental managers to understand and deliver upon their staffing requirements. You will also assist in analysing and identifying staffing issues to provide a highly efficient service to police Staff and Officers across Wiltshire Police.

**Main duties will include**:

- Act as the initial point of referral for enquiries coming into the Resource Management, advising where appropriate
- Working with allocated departments to produce fully resourced rotas
- Working with colleagues and managers to ensure the highest levels of service are provided, taking into account police policy and Working Time Regulations
- Working with Key stakeholders to in the planning and publication of duties
- Analysing and evaluating large volumes of information to ensure optimum resourcing levels

- The ability to plan, evaluate and prioritise workload
