We aim to offer competitive & comprehensive services in lettings and require someone who is dynamic and target driven, with ambition to succeed in the lettings industry. We offer a relaxed but professional working environment, in-house training and generous remuneration with a non capped commission structure.

Main Responsibilities Include:

- Communicating, building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Arranging and attending property viewings and inspections
**Matching suitable applicants to properties**:

- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Ensuring current legislation and guidelines are met at all times
- Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring company standards are always met

Key Skills Required:

- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Extremely motivated and target driven
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Well presented
- Good knowledge of the local area
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Full UK driving licence

Working Hours:
Monday
- Friday 9am
- 5.30pm and every other Saturday 10.00am - 1.00pm.

The successful applicant, must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, be able to manage their own time/diary and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
