**The Role**:
To ensure an efficient and effective support service by providing a comprehensive confidential secretarial and administrative service across the whole range of the Management Team remit.

**What we'll need you to bring**:

- Professional qualification, ( Business Admin / Secretarial Studies/ Public Administration) or equivalent previous experience in a secretarial role ( ie at least 5 years experience as a department/ personal secretary)
- Well-developed interpersonal skills in customer care
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative while under pressure
- Ensure confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times

**It would be great if you also have**:

- Previous experience working in a health or social care setting
- Previous experience of setting up new Service and / or working methods
- Experience working in customer care or patient care
- Experience training and presenting
- Knowledge of general IT concepts and windows-based computers, laptops and peripherals Ability to troubleshoot and solve computer and printer related problems and install/ upgrade software

**Contract type**:
Fixed Term or Secondment until 31 March 2025

Full time

37.5 hours

**Location and Working Pattern**:
This role will be based in Management Team MHLD within Netherton House

The working pattern for this role Monday - Friday
