**Job Overview**:

- To coordinate the college bus services and liaise with the current provider to ensure the smooth running of the service.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Verify and ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of submitted evidence from students.
- Enter accurate data into the College Management Information System and complete related administrative tasks within specified deadlines.
- Facilitate the loan of Bursary purchased laptops to students.
- Update transport information
- Coordinate all college transport mailings.
- Provide timely and high-quality reports and communication as required.
- Serve as the primary contact for transport queries from parents and students, both internally and externally.

**THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Experience of working with young people.
- Excellent communication Skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to adapt to new software
- Ability to prioritise their workload
- Have a team orientated ethos
