Are you passionate about ice cream and providing exceptional customer service? Bibury Trout Farm is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Ice Cream Parlour Assistant. As one of the most picturesque locations in the Cotswolds, Bibury Trout Farm offers a unique experience for visitors, and our ice cream parlour is an essential part of that experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting customers in choosing from a wide range of delicious ice cream flavours
- Preparing and serving ice cream cones and cups.
- Maintaining a clean and organised ice cream parlour environment
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
- Ensuring that ice cream stock is properly rotated and replenished
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing customer concerns
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations in the ice cream parlour and the rest of the farm
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times, ensuring allergen guidelines are followed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but training will be given
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak visitor seasons
- Basic math skills
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a customer-first attitude
