Sales Estimator

**Job Summary**:
D & M Design & Fabrication Ltd is a successful and fast moving sheet metal fabrication subcontract business based near Ripon, North Yorkshire. We are looking for a Sales Estimator to join our team.

As a Sales Estimator, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries and enquiries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service orientated. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and producing quotes to convert into sales. Ultimately, you should be able to help grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
- Consistently demonstrate superior customer service
- Maintain excellent working relationships with existing customers
- Provide a positive experience when onboarding new/ potential customers
- Possess strong numerical skills and have an analytical mindset
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Work well with other key departments as needed to ensure accurate quotes are issued.
- Follow up on quotes issued
- Have the ability to work in a dynamic team-based environment where priorities continually change
- Can work independently when required
- Is driven and adaptable to change to help drive the team forward
- Answers incoming calls and field professionally
- Carry out other duties as required
- Salary - Negotiable depending on experience
- MUST HAVE CURRENT DRIVING LICENCE AND OWN TRANSPORT, DUE TO OUR RURAL LOCATION

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
