Are you an experienced Accounts professional who is looking for a new role within a successful and growing business?
If so, we have a role that may be perfect for you.
We are working with a superb client based in Derby, who are looking to hire a Sales Ledger Clerk on a permanent full-time basis who will be a key part of the accounts team. You will provide support by raising sales invoices and allocating incoming paymentsfor the company.
**To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials**:
- Strong experience within sales ledger / accounts receivable
- Good Excel and accounting software skills
- Able to prioritise workload in this busy and varied role
**Within this position, your duties will involve the following**:
- Produce and send invoices within specified timescales
- Bank reconciliation and allocating payments
- Chasing payment for outstanding invoices
- Resolving invoice queries
**Salary & Working Hours**
- Salary is £24,000 to £26,000
- Full Time - Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours
