Restaurant **Supervisor Ripon**

**Full Time - 40 hours per week (working 5 days over 7)**

**Starting salary of £24,000 per annum** **Plus,** **on top of your salary you can** **earn up to £400 service charge per quarter (based on eligibility)**

As our restaurant supervisor you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of this contemporary Restaurant.

**_ Responsibilities will include:_**
- Ensuring guests receive outstanding service by monitoring and maintaining standards
- Lead and motivate the front of house team to deliver excellent service to guests
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Oversee the daily running of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Train new team members on service standards, menu knowledge and customer service
- **_ _**Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
