My client is currently seeking a caretaker on a temporary basis to work in Chelmsford. The building is really beauiftul. The require someone to start ASAP

The hours are:
**Hours**:?Mon - Saturday 07:00 - 19:00

The duties include:

- Brass Cleaning
- Windows
- Hoovering
- Bins
- Changing battery for fire alarms
- Watering of the plants
- Post and Parcel distribution

If you are able to drive, this would be a benefit as its outside of London. If you are within the area. Please do let me know and I will give you a call depending on experience.
