**The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for**:

- Take ownership of all customers from point of sale including aftersales and warranty.
- Meet and Greet customers into the store and check them in on the computer system upon arrival.
- Deal with retail service related enquiries
- Upsell products to customers
- Make sure customer requirements and expectations are understood and recorded accurately
- Provide reception cover when Receptionist is not available
- Undertake all other tasks and responsibilities as and when requested

**The Customer Service Advisor will be experienced in the below**:

- **Customer Service Skills** to manage all customer expectations to the highest level expected by the Company and also to industry standards.
- **Administrative skills** to effectively administer associated paperwork.
- **Good time management skills**to hand over vehicle in a timely manner.
- **Good product knowledge**of vehicle prior to handover.

**Training/Qualifications required**: Customer Service

**Length of Assignment**: Permenant

**Hours of work/Overtime**: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

**Expenses/Benefits**: Annual Bonus

**Authorisations required**: Interview face to face

**Health & Safety Risk Assessments held & confirmed by client**: Y

**Any Known Health & Safety Risks**: None advised for this role

**Protective Work Wear**: Smart Work Attire

**Facilities Onsite**: Canteen, Staff Common Room, Car Parking, Toilet / Shower facilities

**Payment Terms**: Weekly
