Care Navigator

If you have a friendly and calm disposition please apply, experience with working in a busy surgery would be advantageous but is not necessary as full training will be given.

The working hours will be shifts between 7:45am and 6.45 pm Monday to Friday. You will be expected to work a mixture of shifts on rotation both morning and late afternoon/evening.

The role would suit a calm, positive person able to work as part of a team.
