**Job Description**:
You will work with business stakeholders to build consensus and alignment for assigned sourcing projects, identify key stakeholders, collaborate and advise internal customers to enable sourcing of Indirect Materials such as services, CAPEX, services and non-product related purchases at the best total cost while maximizing value for the organization & support Regional Sourcing Manager in their strategy definition & implementation at country group level. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develops and execute strategic sourcing activities for assigned spend categories, leveraging industry best practices, sourcing methodology and global partnerships whenever possible.
- Understands the various types of contracting agreements: MSA, SaaS, NDA, SoW, GDPR, etc.
- Works collaboratively with stakeholders to understand and define their exact business requirements.
- Proactively aligns, influences and educates stakeholders of best practices and best strategies to reach the stakeholder’s defined business requirements.
- Develops and executes RFI / RFP / RFQ activities for new and existing requirements.
- Procures services from vendor in a cost effective manner while remaining consistent with quality, delivery, and project priority
- Manages and monitors supplier performance in order to meet all quality and delivery requirements
- Proven track record of delivering great results with mínimal managerial oversight.
- Identifies opportunities and executes sourcing projects across multiple departments/locations for standardization, preferred supplier utilization, cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Researches and analyses quotations/proposals received and provides recommendations to stakeholders.
- Analyses and reports preferred vendor utilization, savings project completion, supplier savings validations, inflation, etc.
- Develops KPI’s /metrics including EBIT cost savings, working capital and inflation.
- Responsive to vendor and stakeholder issues (under-performance, non-payment, etc.) utilizing organizational savvy and problem solving skills.
- Builds trust-based, service oriented, value-added relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, teammates and cross-functional departments.
- Leads and/or assists special projects as required & assigned.
- Delivers cost savings to EBIT and Cost Avoidance targets.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- 5 - 10% of working time travel to attend in person meetings
- Otherwise fully remote
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years procurement experience (proficient in negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing process)
- Proficient analytical and computer skills (Microsoft Suite, SAP, PowerBI, EcoVadis, iValua)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Proven ability to persuade key stakeholders to utilize best procurement practices
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Ability to manage several strategic projects simultaneously
- Experience and success in working in a mostly remote/virtual environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong sense of prioritization in highly dynamic environments
- Hands on, can do attitude and self-motivated
