Recruiting an Estates Surveyor based in Bromely, responsible for the Head of Estates & Asset Management for the disposal and valuation of land and property as required. Undertake the day-to-day management of shopping parades and liaise with shop tenants andother leases.
Requirements.
MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
Previous experience in landlord and tenant matters
Experience of valuation and development consultancy
Relevant estates surveying experience
