YOUNIQUE Care is looking to recruit highly motivated Support Workers with sound experience and a genuine desire to help people. The role includes, but is not restricted to:
To support with meeting activities associated to living within own home and sleep in at night

Support and guidance with daily activities

Personal Care

Provide emotional support

Making the client feel comfortable and cared for in their home

Companionship, accompanying for appointments or social engagements

Domestic chores

Completing daily records

Supervision

Communicating with families.

Be able to build relationships with patients

Highly motivated and enthusiastic and able to be a good team player

Have the sensitivity and energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating and varied lifestyle for the patients

A genuine desire to make a real difference in people’s lives

Respect the service users' dignity and choice, understanding of the principles of hygiene, healthcare and health & safety

Flexible and the ability to handle stressful situations

Able to work to a high standard

Have a good level of both spoken and written English, effective communication skills

Willing to commit to training

Able to work independently, be reliable

Be eligible to work in the UK

Must undergo DBS (criminal record) check

Have good references

Driving License (Essential)

YOUNIQUE Care has put a number of stringent measures in place to reduce the potential for cross contamination. Crucially, to ensure both clients and staff are fully protected and safe when delivering care services. PPE is provided by us.
