**Job Type**: Permanent, Full-time

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, No weekends

Location: Manchester Central

Work Location: In-person.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate logistics operations, including the scheduling of transport and liaison with drivers.
- Manage warehouse inventory and archive boxes efficiently, ensuring accurate job onboarding, maintaining stock levels, and timely dispatch.
- Ensure clear communication with drivers, transport partners, and clients.
- Handle multiple tasks across the warehouse, logistics, administration, and production departments, dealing with document scanning and data entry to ensure all operations meet our standards.
- Display resilience in addressing logistics challenges, ensuring solutions are timely and cost-effective.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role.
- Familiarity with warehouse management and logistics operations.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
