**Porter**

**Position Scope**:
To assist guests with services including luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests, rooming guests on arrival, parking guest cars, driving resort vehicles answer guest questions and resolve any guest problems in a friendly and obliging manner.
- Take requests for Shuttles (transportation for guests within the resort) and action them.
- Advise guests on the local area (tourism or business locations, sights or events)
- Greet and welcome guests and direct them to Reception where you are to introduce the guest by name to the Receptionist.
- Assist both arriving and departing guests with baggage handling.
- Store guest baggage upon request and assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles.
- Ensure the delivery of guests’ luggage/personal items to the appropriate rooms in an efficient and professional manner.
- Valet Park guests' vehicles.
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Previous experience in a hotel environment is desired.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Driving License is essential.
