Healthy Lifestyle Facilitator

Are you looking for a new opportunity to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of people in North Lincolnshire?

Working within North Lincolnshire’s Healthy Lifestyles team, we are looking to recruit a Healthy Lifestyle Facilitator with a Workplace focus. The workplace facilitator role will involve delivering smoking cessation and adult weight management programmes, within the workplaces of North Lincolnshire, including our own Authority. You will work closely with the Public Health Facilitator who will identify and coordinate the workplaces you will engage with. The role will also include attending outreach and promotional events.

There will also be a focus on the promotion of the Cook 4 Life ‘Train the Trainer’ programme which we are launching in 2024. This new innovative programme is aimed at community groups and organisations who are keen to be upskilled to deliver their own cooking sessions, with an emphasis on health and nutrition.

If successful, you will be joining two Healthy Lifestyle coordinators and a team of facilitators; who predominantly focus on reducing smoking and obesity rates across North Lincolnshire. You will work closely with the team and enhance our Health and Wellbeing offer.
