Parent Host

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, professional and enthusiastic host to work at our football sessions for children. Your role would be focused around welcoming parents and children to the sessions and signing them in upon arrival.

Each week you will monitor entrances to all sessions and manage the registers for each class. You will work towards building a community within your local academy, as you get to know the customers and players attending each week.

Alongside the customer service part of the role, you will gain valuable social media experience as during each session you will be responsible for uploading stories onto the Academy's Instagram account. You will also need to take high quality pictures and videos and send them to the Manager each week, to help promote the Academy.

You would also be responsible for answering queries from parents, taking notes about the session, making sure players are happy and ensuring that only customers that are on the register enter the training session.

Please note that this is a part time role. And based on your performance we may offer you additional work at other We Make Footballers sessions

Part-time hours: 4 per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Holidays

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Killingworth, Northumberland: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
