YOUR ROLE

Our Operation in Wolverhampton has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly focused WMS Superuser to join our team, where you will assist operational teams in root cause analysis and countermeasures of any process and system failures and provide training and support to all site users.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the IT System Manager you will be a custodian of system integrity for the WMS/WCS and you will investigate and resolve any issues arising. You will provide training and support to any operators of the WMS/WCS, create or amend WMS user guides to support operational users. You will investigate system issues and queries highlighting anything that may require development from our software suppliers and perform test scenarios on new developments in test environments to replicate live operation. You will assist operational teams and senior management through issues raised during office hours. You will support new user account creation and monitor existing user profiles within CEVA IT systems and WMS.

The shift pattern required for that role is 4on 4 off.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You will be IT literate and have experience in using WMS system.

You will enjoy working in a fast paced and busy team environment, you will be highly organised and able to prioritize you own workload and possess a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be able to maintain relationships at all levels.

This role would be suited to someone who has worked as a WMS Super User, WMS Key User, Inventory Controller, Stock Controller, WMS Specialist, and Warehouse Systems Specialist, Flow Room Technician or an individual who is a competent user of WMS.
