Based in the University¿s Careers and Employability department, with close links to the Widening Participation team, you will be responsible for establishing a mentoring programme that enhance the employability and inclusivity of students from underrepresented backgrounds.

You will also contribute to the development, delivery and reporting of targeted activity identified as necessary within the institutional Access and Participation Plan (APP).

In this role, you will coordinate mentoring initiatives for students and forge partnerships with key stakeholders to create a nurturing environment for personal and professional growth.

You will also actively contribute new ideas and create accessible experiences that help employers meet and recruit students from underrepresented groups.

You should have a degree or equivalent qualification, or relevant professional experience.

This post is offered on a fixed term basis for two years.
