**Title**: Childcare Assessor

**Location**:South Yorkshire

**Pay**: £22.41 - £25 per hour including holiday pay

**Duration**: Temporary, 1 x 37 hours per week, 1 x 27.5 hours per week, until July 2023, term time only.

Reed - Further Education are seeking a Childcare Assessor to assess Level 2 and 3 Childcare Qualifications.

**What’s the day-to-day responsibilities of a Childcare Assessor?**
- Support and enhance the apprentice and employer experience through effective skills coaching and tutoring.
- Require traveling, as apprentices must be visited at their place of employment. A driving licence and regular access to a vehicle is essential and evening work may be required.

**What are the required skills and qualifications needed for this role?**
- Have experience in Childcare / Early years within industry
- Hold a relevant trade NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- Hold A1/V1 Assessors Award (or equivalent)
- Have experience working with e-portfolios and delivering apprenticeship standards
