Location Removals & Storage are a fast growing Removals and Storage company based in Stone Staffordshire. We operate various vehicles within our fleet from 18 tonne lorries through to 3.5 tonne Vans.

We specialise in domestic home Removals as well as commercial moves, furniture deliveries and Storage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Loading vehicles with furniture, ensuring that all items have been stacked and moved safely.
- Unloading of vehicles, ensuring that all items are delivered safely and following customer instructions as to where they should be placed.
- Ensuring vehicles are maintained and cleaned regularly
- Using protective equipment to wrap furniture items
- Packing of customers belongings (Full training will be provided)
- Liaising with customers face to face and providing outstanding customer service to uphold our 5* rated service
- Driving from collection address to delivery address(es)
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing job duties

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail: Ability to notice and address small details to ensure a clean and presentable environment
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals
- Customer service: Friendly demeanor and willingness to assist customers when needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
