Control Centre Assistant
An exciting, challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Control Centre Assistant post to work within the Security Department at Rampton Hospital.
Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa and also does not appear on the shortage occupation list for healthcare and education. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
The main Control Centre forms the only access and egress points in and out of Rampton hospital, it is the first line of security and operates within a wider Security Department ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, contractors and staff across the Rampton hospital site.
Nottinghamshire Healthcare employs over 10,000 colleagues who help #MakeADifference every day. We provide intellectual disability, mental health, community health, forensic and offender healthcare services across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire. Care is delivered from over 120 sites within the community from acute settings and across low, medium and high secure environments including prisons.
As one of the largest mental health and community trusts in the East Midlands and one of the biggest employers in Nottinghamshire. We are also home to national and regional services such as the National High Secure Deaf Service and the Nottingham Centre for Transgender Health.
