Front of House Server

The Farmers Arms is looking for experienced bar and waitstaff to join our team. Our goal is to engage our guests in a warm and inviting experience through our friendly and professional service. We have a beautifully renovated pub, with an amazing staff, and we need to add more confident team members.

Our food ethos is local, foraged, fresh and sustainable. Everything made in house or supplied by quality vendors who help to support our community. Our own farm supplies meat and produce. With a major investment and renovations on going, there will be considerable opportunity for growth and the chance to work with an incredible and driven team.

**Job Duties**:

- the daily set up and break down of front of house
- excellent customer service and communication with guests
- work well in a team environment, with a good attitude and a willingness to learn
- ability to work evenings and weekend

**Skill Requirements**:

- excellent communication skills, with both guests and staff
- an interest in food and beverage
- A minimum of 6 months front of house experience, otherwise onsite training can be provided in a Food Runner position
- you must have your own reliable transportation, as there is limited public transportation to the area

**Employment Package**:

- £10.15 per hour, depending on experience
- Shared tips
- 20 hour minimum contract available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: £10.15 per hour
