Job Title: Review Actuary

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Location and flexible working**:_This role is a Hybrid position but would require some presence in our Wythall office each month particularly during valuations. _

Salary and benefits: £70,000 - £85,000 plus up to 32% bonus, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role

You will be joining the Review team within our Actuarial Reporting function, with responsibility for providing technical expertise in supporting the review of results on multiple bases from MG-ALFA, our cloud-based actuarial modelling platform.

What are we looking for?

You will either be an experienced qualified actuary with experience in proxy model validation within the Life Industry or a newly qualified actuary with an interest in developing within this area.
- Demonstrate an excellent degree of analytical expertise and technical know-how
- Evidence your knowledge of Life products, processes and reporting procedures
- Ideally experience of Solvency II
- Exposure to SCR would be an advantage
- Change orientated and commercially aware, with the ability to produce good quality reports and add tangible value to technical discussions;
