**Job description**
- Regular reporting of recruited numbers; applied / accepted / confirmed stages
- Conducting daily meetings with the team
- Allocation of new referrals to admissions team
- Overlook and ensure admissions procedure is being followed
- Ensure offers sent out to all those who are accepted to start
- organisation of group lists in preparation of induction
- Drop students out
- if failed to attend induction or early withdrawals
- Preparation of enrolments with overarching College ensuring all paperwork is done properly.
- Regularly audit admissions files (electronic and physical) to ensure they are completed timely and are up-to-date with all the required documents.
- Update and reconcile pending payments from students and SFE.
- Submit a detailed report to the senior management team at the end of every admissions cycle
- Regular meeting with Operations Director with update of progress
- Set deadlines for recruitment of students
- Organise number of classes required according to resources
- Review and approve students for admission if officer has a concern
- Check and approve qualification / work experience eligibility check
- Support approval of admissions
- Organise / deliver student induction
- Address concerns regarding student finance through Student support team
- Review and create action plan for students on DSA / specific requirements
- Overlook attendance to ensure kept above 80% with Attendance team
- Be first response to complaints

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
